Channeling

When you are a channel for good energy, more good energy comes you way!

When things in life are not flowing so smoothly or you feel stuck, there are two questions to come back to:
-What wants to be expressed through you?
-What are you needing to let go of?

There is a balance between taking in and letting go. Find the balance and you will find that stuck energy start to flow!

Surrender!

What can I let go of today? how can I surrender?
What do I not need in this moment that I am holding onto?

I vow from this day forward I will be true to myself. There is no need to put on appearances or show off. What i have is great. it is good enough. there is no sense in pretending to be anything more or less because what I have is rich and wonderful.

I vow to speak truth, not exaggerate, not stretch the truth to make myself sound better. I will get where I need to be eventually. There is no use in making a building if the support structure is not there.

I vow to trust that the direction I go is right and will lead me to where I need to be.

Food vibrations

Good health consists of positive vibrations. Our food plays an important role in the way our bodies vibrate. The vibration of food depends if it was grown with good intention, prepared with good intention and consumed with good intention. Eating high vibration food can increase the vibrations in our bodies.

Eating and the Science of Happiness

All matter vibrates. If we apply this principle to our bodies, we understand that we are composed of vibrating mollecules.

Disease comes from areas of unease within the body. How can we bring ease to those areas?

Heart- stop eating animal fats and cholesterol
liver- Ease up on alcohol
Colon- eat more foods that push out rather than build up
Stomach- Enzyme rich, raw, live foods

Return bodies to their natural vibrational rhythms with breath; living, vibing food; song/chant and movement.

Chelsea's 5 Steps to Enlightenment

I am turning 30 this year and starting to get reflective about life. I put together a list of my top 5 things that lead to me feeling like a lighter, happier being.

1. Spend lots of time in nature

"Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished." -Lao Tsu
Nature is the ultimate teacher. You can learn endless lessons by observing, appreciating, and honoring her.

2. Breathe deeply to arrive in the moment

Your breath is your connection to the outside world. Take in as much as you can and release as much as you can. Create a relationship with your breath and it will be your gateway to the present moment. When you get caught up in thoughts, find your breath and it will lead you effortlessly back to the present moment.

3. Garden and eat the fruit of the earth

The food we eat is an incredibly important part of who we are. When you create a relationship to the things you put in your body, you will find that you do not need as much from others. Touch the soil that your food grows in. Breathe with the plants. Discover what nourishes you. Compost the scraps so it goes back into the system. Growing your own food, you cultivate independence as you do not need others to fill your belly.

4. Poop a lot!

Scientists are just beginning to understand the link between the digestive system and mental/ emotional health. The same cells that make up the brain and spinal cord (neurons) are also found abundantly in the gut. Its important to put good things in and also important to digest and release. Pooping is extremely important to your health and happiness.

5. Treat everyone, especially yourself with respect and loving kindness

When respect and loving kindness are at the center of how you treat people, you will have stronger relationships with everyone around you which will make it easier to navigate the world.

A healer's most powerful tools are visualization and affirmation. Negative thoughts that are generated in one person's mind can be harmful to other people. All negative thoughts stem from frustrated desire and fear. Mental transmutation in healing is the process of changing negative thought patterns into positive thoughts. It is a way to reprogram people's thought patterns. When negative thoughts enter your mind, just say "Cancel, Cancel." Negative thoughts are destructive to the mind and the energy system. You can replace fear with fearlessness, hate with love. This can be done most easily when the mind is relaxed and at ease.
POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS
1. Every day, in every way I am getting better and better.
2. I can do all things through the energy within me that strengthens me.
3. I do not have the spirit of fear, but power, love, and a sound mind.
4. I am happy. I am healthy. I am whole.
5. I have faith and with faith I can overcome anything.
6. I am complete in every way, filled with courage and inner strength.
7. I am at peace within myself and I accept myself as I am.
8. I am the master of my fate, I
am the master of my life, I create my own reality.
9. Negativity has no effect upon me at any level at any time.

The process of reprogramming our thoughts should be done without effort. Healing begins in the present moment. Time is measured in past, present, and future. There is no past or future in healing. When trying to heal, it is important to remain present. It is more effective to say "RIGHT NOW I AM HEALING", not "I will be healed."

Three types of Love

In the Greek language, there are three different words to describe the idea we call love.
EROS- Is physical, sexual love
FILIO- Brotherly love
AGAPE- Divine love- higher vibration, permanent satisfaction

meditate

People can wait meditate
time can wait meditate
money can wait meditate

meditation will bring you peace of mind, make you feel you have more time, and help you stop worrying about nickles and dimes.
The only place to look is inside.

Wisdom from "The Path to Love"

I just finished reading Deepak Chopra's book, "The Path to Love, spiritual strategies for healing."  In it I found some meaningful and beautiful words that I want to share with anyone who is healing their heart and learning to be in a relationship.

-When you struggle with your partner, you are struggling with yourself. Every conflict you wage is an excuse not to face a conflict within.
-When you truly find love, you find yourself.
-Once you are in a committed relationship, falling in love is over: Being in love begins.
- Surrender is the door to passion.
-Passion= Letting go of yourself to be swept away on the river of life, which is eternal and never ending.
-Spirit is love.
-Vedic metaphor: Every person is a piece of gold. If you were a watch or a ring, you could say "I am a ring, watch chain, etc." But these are just shapes. In truth, you are just gold- that is your essence, no matter the shape.
-You are the universe.
-Reality is a mirror of the soul.
_Speak your heart. Remain truthful. Be Open.
-You can never give more love than you have to give.
-You cannot receive more love than you are prepared to receive.
-Sadhana= the path to self.
-Love is not separate from anything in life. it is not divided into moments of love or levels of love or amounts or absences of love.
-You will never feel better about yourself by making others look worse.
-Ananda= ecstacy of love, bliss consciousness, more than the most intense erotic pleasure.
-Romance is the ability to see yourself as lovable.
-Physical beauty is temporary.
-Equality is the first step to acceptance. Acceptance is love.
-Don't overlook the spirit and love that surround you!!!!!!
-Attune yourself to spirit and it will speak to you in love.
- Courtship is where two lovers decide to persue new reality or return to the old. There are two futures at stake.
-Fear is projected onto the present by memory. There is nothing to fear in the present.
-The ego's uncertainty is an illusion, uncertainty is the basis of life.
- The word always is false idea. At any moment you have the power to break out of what is truly trapping you.
-Spirit has a good outcome if you open yourself up to it.
-No One ever solved a situation by panicking, refusing to hear new answers or shutting down.
-All emotions come from inside us. The things in the outside world are only triggers to our inner worlds. working on the world inside ourselves is the most important step.
-Asking to be loved is not shameful.
-Spirit is always with me. It wants to lift my pain. It does this not by abolishing painful memories, but by putting me in the present, where the past does not exist.
-LISTEN TO YOUR HEART
-Being shown a gesture of love is like being shown a portion of god.
-Control is not love. Controlling behaviors = perfectionism, stubbornism, intolerance, being disappointed when expectations are not met, false expectations. Possessiveness, greed, angry at opposition or confrontation.
-Control is based on spiritual desperation. Replace controlling with allowing.
-Choose the sacred over the mundane.
-Remove projections: If you cannot trust your spouse, you cannot trust yourself.
-When you are able to see yourself in whatever you hate, you come closer to realizing that what you hate the most in others you most strongly deny in yourself.

THE 4 BODIES

Every person has 4 bodies.
1. The physical body- our physical mass of slowly vibrating atoms.
Our physical health is related directly to our higher bodies.

2. Etheric or energy Body- an actual material body of very high vibration.
This is where our energy centers known as the chakras lie. Energy comes in from higher planes through the chakras.

3. Mental Body- The center of thought

4. The spiritual body- Rests on the spiritual plane. Diseases in this body can be transmuted to the physical. Paying attention is the only way to be aware of the complex nature and relationships with the divine.

-A person with consciousness on this plane sees themselves objectively, and stops trying to alter their lives and becomes receptive.

To remember one's self means to be aware of ones self- I AM

YOU ARE NOT JUST A PHYSICAL BEING. YOU ARE NOT CONFINED TO EXPERIENCE THE WORLD THROUGH YOUR SENSES ALONE.

the place in my mind

In my own life, I get entangled, caught, trapped within the emotional dramas going on in my mind. Sometimes they make me anxious, worried, or sad. It is only when I let go of my thoughts that I can overcome my desires for momentary pleasures and senseless satisfactions that cause this useless mental stress. By coming into my center and uniting with my breath, I can remove myself from my mental games and approach my place of pure awareness. From that place, there is peace, beauty, light, and freedom. It is from that collected center that I want to live my life from. In that place, decision making is easy because I have a clear perception of right and wrong. From that place I am calm, collected, comfortable, honest, and practical which allows me to handle the situations that present themselves with love and ease. From this place, I can find the answers to my life's problems because I know that there is a greater power acting upon my life. I connect to this place by removing my mind from thought, simply being in the world around me, and breathing. That place is always accessible, but I must make the choice to be in that place or not.

Giving in to the greater universal Force

Sometimes things get overloaded. We take on too many responsibilities, say yes to too many opportunities, and do not leave enough time for ourselves. That is when we must breathe. Stop. Close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths. When you open your eyes, look around. Come into the realization that you are still on the earth, which is just a small rock in the expanse of the universe. Notice all the other things in motion from cars and people to insects and water. It all moves by a force we cannot stop and cannot control. You too are guided by this force, this great energy. Surrender to this power and feel where it leads you. This force makes us move, travel, and wander. This mysterious force resides inside every being, setting it into motion, driving it along, sending it on its way. This universal force connects us all.

road bumps

In life there will be bumps in the road, obstacles along your path that will hold you down, test your will, and challenge your ideas of who you are and your place in the world. These bumps happen on everyone's paths, but the way people handle them is different for everyone. Overcoming these obstacles takes a strong desire to succeed, and a willingness to let go of control. People who try to fight these challenges only end up drained, frustrated, and unhappy, but people who accept them and choose to overcome them become powerful. If you are facing a challenge, remember that it will soon pass. Take one step at a time, have patience, and learn from the experience. The way we can overcome is to harness the power within ourselves and move into the areas of struggle. By continuing to face these challenges, we can grow.

RELAX, There is plenty of time...

I think most people don't give their intution enough credit.  I see many people living their lives in frustration, stress and struggle.  They rush through the process and end up forcing things to happen rather than letting them naturally happen.  The problem is if you force things, they tend to fall apart, while if you let things evolve naturally, they tend to to continue to grow and serve you.

If something doesn't feel right, why do it? If you are not prepared, why rush? If you do not have the energy, why force yourself to complete things or accomplish things?  What you rush through will probably be mediocre and not teach you the lessons you need to learn to move on.

Life can be easy if you let it. When you take on the world too fast, you can drown out the voice of your own intuition. Slowing down allows you to become more present and connect to deeper consciousness.  Take life at a pace that feels comfortable for you.  Everything you are working on right now will still be there tomorrow and the next day and the next. Listen to your gut. Go at the pace your body tells you to and RELAX, there is plenty of time!
